30 Min. Fat Burning HIIT Workout Routine  

Here's a 30 minute hiit workout to burn fat at home. Grab a pair of dumbbells and we're also going to be using just your bodyweight for challenging exercises that burn calories like crazy!

You'll notice I selected some compound movements, isolation exercise for arms, and plyometric exercises to help rev up your metabolism for burning fat. As shown in the video, ensure you maintain good form and don't sacrifice form for more weight.

Hiit workouts are great for weight loss because you're working mutiple muscle groups and burning more calories than traditional gym routines.

WORKOUT DETAILS

For this hiit workout, you will perform each exercise for 40 seconds and then take a 20 second break. Follow along with me in the video and listen to the demonstrations of the exercises. Let's Go!!
