HIIT Workout Cardio Routine At Home 

Here's a 21 minute hiit cardio workout at home that helps you burn fat. When performing this hiit routine at home, give maximum effort during the work portion of the exercise then allow your heart rate to come down during the rest period. 

Cardio hiit training is very effective at burning body fat and improving your endurance. Hiit workouts can include dumbbells, kettlebells, or other forms of resistance but in today's workout you're only using your bodyweight.

So, no excuses! Grab a mat if you have one because you'll be using the distance of the mat to determine when to start and stop for some of the hiit exercises. 


For this hiit workout, you will perform each exercise for 30 seconds and then take a 30 second break. Follow along with me in the video and listen to the demonstrations of the exercises. Let's Go!!
