Here's a hiit workout at home with dumbbells that's challenging and fun! When performing this high intensity interval training routine at home, give maximum effort during the work portion of the exercise then allow your heart rate to come down during the rest period. 


For this hiit workout, you will perform each exercise for 40 seconds and then take a 20 second break. Follow along with me in the video and listen to the demonstrations of the exercises. Let's Go!!
